"The TV had about 5 channels and they were not what the network said they were supposed to be. Also we were supposed to be in suites got executive rooms."

"I have never met any more kind group of individuals who genuinely cared about the people checking in and leaving the hotel. The hotel was absolutely stunning the room was Immaculate and so clean the shower was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. I hope to come back. And let's not even start on the sunset you see from the building oh my God this hotel is beautiful inside and out"

"As always the room was awesome. Unfortunately, the pool was only available the first of our 4 days booked. This was unacceptable as we chose Drury for its great pool and we were travelling with our 8 year old grandson. The manager on duty immediately offered a refund, though we still need a room somewhere, she offered to switch us to the Drury Westminster location for the remainder of our stay.
