"Starting with when we checked in, the staff was unfriendly, they were discussing a customer that was forcibly removed from a room after a night of partying in the room. They discussed a woman breaking a window so she could smoke in the smoke free environment hotel. Our room was not ready at 4:30 PM. They gave us another room which had a heavy chemical smell. We directed concerns with the front desk. Within a half hour we received a call from the manager stating we could leave and they would give...

"This is a terrific place to stay. In particular, the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the staff is wonderful. The building shows signs of wear, but it is well-maintained and clean. The rooms have comfortable beds, as well as a fridge, micro, two burner range, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is large and functional. The TV and Wi-Fi are new and operate well. It is no wonder the hotel is often full!"
