"This is an older property, the overall cleanliness was acceptable but could have been better. Did not get an opportunity to use the indoor pool but it did look well maintained and clean. The contact I had with the front desk was great, the staff was very friendly & helpful.
Stayed in a King Studio/king, it had a balcony over looking the pool, which was a neat idea but if you like your quietness this isn’t going to be the room for you, lots of noise from people/kids enjoying the pool till 10 pm.
Was gone from 9am to 3 pm and only thing done by housekeeping was clean towels and soap/shampoo placed in room. Bed left unmade and trash left in room. I was staying 2 nights, so it would have been nice to have had the room cleaned and straightened up.
Didn’t try the breakfast bar, but it appeared to be all out of box/carton foods warmed up.
Overall for the money the accommodation were good. If you’re looking for luxury and new, look elsewhere."
