"Staff was so nice. Manager greeted people at breakfast. Owners seem to really care about how they can improve. Felt cared about. Clean. Typical Hilton."
"So, I forget everytime that I stay at one of these that they're kind of bare bones
2 towels & 2 washcloths- no hand towels. No paper cups or kleenex- it's kind of a byob type hotel. Very clean, huge rooms & bath. Just know it's not like home."
"Jefferson Hills is an excellent place to rest yourself! It is clean with nice updates and priced easy on the pocketbook!
Expect an old fashioned hotel that smells good with clean linen and towels. Friendly workers and a couple sweet accouterments! Enjoy your stay!! We’ve stayed there several times. Always a good nights sleep!!"
"The Historic Summit Resort was like going back in history. I loved all of the pictures and articles posted throughout the hotel. The old cash register, ink pen, telephone, etc. made one feel a bit of the past. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I wish I had been told when making the reservation about all of the steps. I would have asked for a first floor room. The steps at the front door are a challenge themselves. The pools were incredible. We stayed three nights. The first night was perfect. The second night the people in the room next to us woke us up with their noise. The third night the people next to us woke us up with their loud tv. Hotel management addressed the issue but the people did not listen to them. The noise continued and I had almost no sleep. We were in a room that has the door that opens to the next room. That is not sufficient as there in o sound barrier. The hotel should have offered us some sort of compensation for two nights with little sleep. The food was very good. Having fires burning in the lobby and dining room was wonderful."
