There are a number of family style restaurants nearby. A Sam's Club and Walmart is across the street making it convenient for buying gas if you are a member or running errands. The neighborhood has a number of other moderately priced hotels and we have always felt safe. "

The area was right off the expressway with food choices in the area within 2 miles. Certainly can’t judge an establishment simply by the name. "The rooms are showing their age although upgrading has apparently begun. Staff are friendly but the hot water was turned off for several hours and the dining room remained closed even after hot water was restored. No compensation was offered, not even complimentary coffee."
