"Place was clean, check in clerk was professional. No complaints. Until someone ran a tap upstairs and that made a terrible sound in the walls that sounded like a small drum that continued for a good part of the night. Wont stay again "

"Room smelt terrible, like greasy fish. We had 4 rooms booked and had cancelled one night on one room. Had email confirmation from the hotel and from Expedia. The staff at check in were less than helpful, saying we have to pay for that one night. The manager on site was also useless. So back to Expedia I had to go, waiting on hold for another hour of my life, for something that was already taken care of weeks in advance. Pool was ok. Crowded and noisy, but the kids liked it.
