"We didn’t like the receptionist who refused to change our room from an upstairs room to a downstairs one when the booking confirmation came through by phone. She told me ‘bad luck’ that’s what you booked! She told me to go back to my ‘third party’ where I booked it and get them to do it. On arrival we still had the upstairs room even though I tried to amend it (it wasn’t as easy as she told me it would be) but Danielle was delightful and moved it for us. "The room was very spacious and the views from the garden area outsde or room were spectacular. Would stay here agin."

"Stayed one night here on the way north - very comfortable room - #1 - very quiet - off the main highway - pool looked nice but too cold to use it - room has been renovated very tastefully and heaps of power points thoughtfully placed with USB outlets - heaps of dining options nearby - staff very helpful and free parking right outside your room."
