"Lovely setting - nice touch having flowers on the bed and turn down service. The units all look inwards to the pool which was used regularly by us. At night the pool has lights and makes for a romantic swim. There was no jug to make tea or coffee or facilities to cook yet there was a fry pan, pots and dishes. Even microwave would have been useful. The restaurant wan't operational - we would have used it. Breakfast was delivered to the room daily and was good."

"Never book there. I booked there, took a flight to enjoy my reservation, and once there, I was told by a security guard that the hotel is closed since a month for renovations. They did not want to assist us for anything, and we ended up at another hotel (Neptune Beach Resort). At the second hotel, we talked with other clients there and some of them knew the Bamburi Hotel and they told us they only experienced bad things with Bamburi Hotel too. Never book there, that's my advice. They will...
