"This property is a stand out… in Heviz you can pay a lot more and get a lot less. The property is newly built to a high standard.
Quality details everywhere - room amenities, sparkling bubbles on check-in, robes for the thermal pool, all smack of a hotel professional setting this place up."

"Tolle Lage, direkt am See. Guter SPA Bereich.
Leider kostet Parkplatz extra (11,50 pro Tag!), dafür ist dieser überwacht.
Bei Check-in war Rezeption leider nicht besetzt, sodass wir warten mussten.
Deutsch Kenntnisse vorhanden, ist als positiv hervorzuheben."

"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it.
Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."
