"Nice place for the night"

"The breakfast menu was fresh but somewhat repetitive. The staff were lovely. We'd have appreciated an extra place setting in the apartment and an extra pot and a dishcloth."

"This was a great choice for me and my family. We had a great stay. The staff was nice but they could have been more warm and friendly. The rooms themselves were clean and maintained well. I like that it was like an apartment (it had a fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and plates/cups). The breakfast was good. The location was great for us because we were able to walk to the mall that's nearby and it was a short drive to downtown San Jose."

"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated in the description that the suite contained a washer and dryer. It doesn’t. The laundry room is downstairs and it costs US$12 to wash and dry a load. The suite itself was huge with a very comfortable bed in a separate bedroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and set up around the small pool. The area around the hotel wasn’t that nice, but a short walk took you to a large park and there were many restaurants near by. "The room was great, well-stocked, very spacious, and the staff were excellent. The only annoying thing was that there was a humidifier that no one told me about that I had to empty myself every day. Apart from that, highly recommend! "
