"If you want decent service this hotel is not for you. The service was shockingly bad none of the front of house staff or restaurant staff spoke any english which resulted in every order wrong whether it be food or drinks, the hotel itself is clean the room is good but the staff are awful maybe because they cannot communicate they seem rude and ignorant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone there are far better quality hotels in the area for a better price "

"良かった点は、マリオボロモールのすぐ近くなのでアクセスが良いこと、wifiや冷房が問題なかったことです。壁が薄いため、周囲や外の音が聞こえたり、シャワーの温水が出なかった等、設備面でのマイナス面はあります。清潔感や快適性を求めるならあまりおすすめできませんが、スタッフの方々は気さくです。"
