"Continental breakfast was awful. I spend 3 nights of lodging in total. I purchased buffet breakfast and meals at the hotel restaurant. On my las day of stay I decided to try the breakfast included with the room. It was not even continental. There was no milk, no cereal, the bread was all soggy in a pan. I understand it is a complimentary breakfast but it has nothing to offer as other hotel I have stayed in. Also I requested a disposable cup for my coffee and was told they were only available for the restaurant customers. It looks like they want to force you to eat at the hotel restaurant."

"I arrived late because of a flight delay and the man at the front desk was very accommodating. Excellent location in the city center. Cleaning staff is excellent. My room was nice, everything worked properly. Bathroom was fine. Bottled water every day. The hotel is in the middle of the block, so most rooms don’t have a window to the street. Skylights provide daylight to the interior rooms. WiFi worked well. Breakfast terrace on the 4th floor is very nice for morning coffee. Breakfast is limited, but the lady that runs it is the most adorable person. I will stay here again."
