"Staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. It is a beautiful location in the mountains, and the pool is great with gorgeous view of the sea. However, be aware the property lacks amenities. We arrived at 4pm very hungry and were told the kitchen was closed until 7pm and there is no place to purchase any sort of snacks or food outside of restaurant service and they could do nothing for us except to say sorry. "Hotel has a very convenient location. It is walkable distance to all Saranda. Also hotel is new so all looks really good. I had to ask them to clean the room trice in a 4 day stay. It seems there is no schedule to do that, so they can be better on that, in summer can get really bad. Breakfast can be better, add scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit. They have an opportunity here."

"Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!"

"Tough to get to but nice parking area. Google Maps takes you the wrong way so lookout. My room heater didn’t work and the lights in the bedrooms area didn’t work so had to depend on the glow from the bathroom light which did work. One of two small night stands didn’t work and the one that did had a short circuit so it went on and off. Breakfast was really weak but a very nice effort. This is a small place so it’s great if your expectations are in proper alignment. Location is fantastic....
