"The room was very outdated, it smelled like an unventilated room, there were cobwebs on the walls, the shower was really small, The picture of the room on the website does not resemble the room we got. The only thing that stood out was the view from the lake in the morning"

La cucina non è dotata neppure di una macchina del caffè, né con polvere o cialde...almeno un caffè! Servirebbe una fascia oraria per poter arrivare in tranquillità senza l'assillo di un orario preciso."

"A very nice place to stay in Spoleto. Very comfortable, and Anamaria was such a nice person to us. We were driving a car, so the distance to all the tourist spots and restaurants was not a problem for us. "

We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc.
Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. The public spaces are really lovely. We took our time leaving each morning because it was so inviting.
