"This has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!"
"We feel so lucky to have stayed at the Loft before and after we did the W trek. Maca is incredibly accommodating and easy to reach. We got to store or our luggage multiple times and Maca took great care of us for giving us many options and recommendations to make our trip easier. The room is spotless clean, bed and linen are very comfortable, and the view is simply jaw dropping. We loved watching the sunsets and hope to come back one day. "

They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. "We had a wonderful time here! The receptionists were incredibly helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. "A very unique, quaint, comfortable accommodation in a perfect location! The new owner Norlly was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations, tours… She is gradually updating the entire property. We arrived early and she kindly had a room made ready. Breakfast was very good (eggs included- omelette was yummy! There is also a lovely lunch/tea room here. Coffee & tea were always a available as was a common fridge to use. Beds, linens & towels were clean & of good quality....

"We were so impressed with DT Loft. We stayed here for 5 nights while we explored and did some hiking in TDP. The loft had everything we needed to cook ourselves some meals (even essentials like oil and salt). The cleaning service was one of the best I've ever experienced - coming back from a long hike to a spotless place (even with dishes washed which we hadn't had chance to do from breakfast before setting off early).
