"Lovely area for skiing, hiking, and biking. We really enjoyed this hidden resort area. Unfortunately, it was just a one night stop for us, on our drive across Poland. Lovely restaurant, good breakfast service. We probably would have rated it as “Excellent” if we would have stayed there for at least several days. Overall, it was great to get there, highly recommended!"

We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "
"We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic.
The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM.
One downside was the mini-golf course. It requires an extra fee to play, but it felt quite outdated and in need of refurbishment.

"No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted.
