Camera non con 4 letti singoli come specificato alla prenotazione, ma due letti più uno a castello. Quindi dimensioni un po' "soffocanti" e chiusura della doccia del bagno da riguardare. Buon scelta nel cibo, porzioni "in misura". Wifi solo nella hall. Spiaggia a due passi

tutto ok.

ho pernottato in questo hotel la prima settimana di luglio. Mi sono trovata molto bene.L'hotel e' vicinissimo alla stazione e alle spiaggie.La camera era pulita e il personale gentile. La prima colazione non era eccelsa ma essenziale e basica. Pranzo e cena non li ho consumati quindi non potrei dire....comunque si stava bene. Il letto comodissimo e la stanza sufficentemente grande. Il bagno nuovo e pulito.Ho avuto un buon soggiorno,la caamera era insonorizzata e in una posizione tranquilla. Non ho niente da dire.

Hotel ALMA - Servizi e pulizia

Ci siamo trovati molto bene per la pulizia e l'ordine. Buona e soddisfacente la scelta per la colazione e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda pranzi e cene, all'inizio abbiamo dovuto servirci parzialmente di altre strutture fuori dall'hotel, ma ciò è stato causato solo dal fatto che siamo arrivati (essenzialmente per cure termali) abbastanza in anticipo rispetto al tipico periodo balneare. Abbiamo poi potuto usufruire con soddisfazione di due ottime cene appena il relativo servizio è entrato a regime. V. Gualandi

1 - l'hotel Alma era chiuso per la scelta del titolare che mi ha ospitato nell'hotel attiguo dicendomi che era meglio 2 - l'hotel dove sono stato, pur essendo un 3 stelle come l'Alma, è una cosa deludente perché ho trovato alberghi a 1 stella molto migliori

Soggiorno da incubo

Dovevamo trascorrere la sera di capodanno a Cervia e cercado tra gli hotel troviamo l'Alma. Tre stelle, 80€ per una notte (camera matrimoniale) con colazione, così io e la mia compagna decidiamo di prenderlo. Quando mai... In pratica l'albergo è stato aperto per quella sera e basta. Receptionist abbandonata se stessa, struttura fredda, caloriferi spendi, andava solo il condizionatore in camera che però per scaldare faceva una fatica tremenda (è andato per 24 ore a 30 gradi, potenza massima e c'era giusto tiepido). Abbiamo dovuto chiedere coperte extra!!! Nemmeno fossimo a 2000 metri! Il bagno era lungo un metro e mezzo e lardo uno. Doccia larga 40 cm!!! Lavandino minuscolo! Ci danno un phon che appena acceso ha fatto fumo! Ovviamente il parcheggio privato era minuscolo e abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare in strada. E la chicca è stata il proprietario che ha fatto problemi per farci la fattura e quasi nemmeno salutava quando siamo andati via (ovviamente non ci ha chiesto nulla sul soggiorno e non ha ringraziato per averlo scelto). Si salva solo la colazione (da voto 6, non di più). Vado in Romagna da 30 anni e non sono mai stato così male!!!!
