"the room was totally different than we chose and see in hotels.com booking page. I showed up the pictures in my booking page to property manager but she said it’s common problem people encounter so often and it caused by hotels.com since the room cleanness, comport and hygiene condition was not acceptable level, we asked refund from hotels.com.
