"Excellent appartement hôtel en famille "

"The staff were great - spoke English as well as French. The room was as advertised. Did not buy breakfast. Great location. Close to all transportation, the river, many monuments at the gate st Jean. The hotel lent out umbrellas which was great. Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"I enjoyed a 4 night stay in mid September, 2025. Although I was travelling solo, a had a really nice suite with both a double bed and a single bed in the other room. The kitchenette was suitable for simple cooking. I was lucky to have brought a sharp knife with me, as the kitchenette didn’t have that. "Maison très confortable "

"We stayed at Student Factory for 3 nights. This is a new apartment block near Gare St Jean. There are parking buildings around or you can find some street parking. The building is a little hard to find at first. The apartment we started in had a bad leak, but they changed us to another one. Nice and warm and good views. Bed was great, very comfortable - kitchen was very basic but had some plates and cutlery and a couple of saucepans. Staff were very helpful and we would definitely stay again. "

"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). "C’était top ! Le personnel est sympathique. Du haut de notre cabane nous avions la vue sur le parc. C’est très calme. Le bassin est super. le bar/restauration est sympa. Le petit dej était royal. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir ! "
