The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. I think they weren’t expecting for anyone to use the room that evening as it was booked at the last minute, but they should have ensured that the room was fully ready when the reservation came through. "Great value and location. The staff is always around and willing to help, but not intrusive. There was no laundry facility, but the host offered to help with my laundry. Minimal home appliances but you can find everything you need within a 5min walk. Amazing view from the roof and upper floors!"
