"No power for a couple of days on and off. No water for a day.Understandably it happens but not one staff member came around and explained. They were nice though once you asked them. Would I stay there again? No. "

"This is a very impressive hotel on first look. It is modern and well designed. I think that the most expensive rooms are quite well laid out. The smaller less expensive rooms…. Which are still expensive within the San Pancho market… are quite small and lack the creature comforts that one expects for this category of hotel. It is ideal for a 2-3 day stay…. Not so great IMHO… for an extended stay.. The staff in all areas is very friendly and the facilities are well maintained.. There is one thing missing that pretty much all the guests agreed on….There is no safety deposit box in-room or available at the front desk. Kind of a confusing ommision for a premium hotel in Mexico. "

"The Torreblanca was good value, the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was a 5 out of 10, not bad just mediocre. There was a group of 70+ year olds that were out every morning around 7-7:30 taking over the best beach chairs. Not sure why there wasnt any one managing that? Over all everything was clean and quiet. "

"We had booked the adult only part of the resort. It stated that the resort was ocean front, but the adult section was across the street and facing a busy highway. There was also a few night where there were kids staying there. In that section is one of the a la cart restaurants but it’s not restricted to just adults, so you can hear crying kids when the restaurant is open. The a la cart restaurant is impossible to make reservations for. You have to go on an app which doesn’t work very well since wifi is spotty. The pool and beach doesn’t have nearly enough chairs since people put their towels on them at 6 am and then don’t show back up until late morning or afternoon. The fridge in the room was moldy so we didn’t use it. Bring your own pillows since the ones there are about a foot thick and very hard. Don’t lean on the railing of you balcony because ours was rusted through. The Buffett is mediocre and I wish they had more local fruits for every meal not just breakfast. I realize that a resort of this size needs to have staff working the sites 24 hours a day, but they should really try to be quieter when they are working in the middle of the night and not laughing and chatting while people are trying to sleep. Next time we would not go to a resort, we would just rent a bungalow."
