The location is not good so you can’t use Grab in the area but the staff help us but it was expensive. 1,5 hour before we need to check out we couldn’t open our door, we got some help for the staff and they said that we can go out from the room but not in because it’s close to check out time. I mean if we pay for the room to 12 o clock we should use it like it’s normal."

"Beautifulview fron the room, Unfortunately the bathroom stank and the smell permeated the bedroon. Had to have the extator fan running all night and keep the door shut as well. When we comp[lained about it next morning no apology was recieved from the staff. my wife is a Thai National so they understood what she was saying. The air con unit on the balconey was very old and noisy, agood thing it was a cool night or we wouln't have slept at all."
