The staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful, and the entire experience was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Coatepeque!"

"El Hotel Kelly Centro Histórico tiene una ubicación muy accesible para visitar Santa Ana. El personal fue excelente: todos nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad y disposición. Como sugerencia de mejora, el baño necesita una limpieza más cuidadosa, especialmente las llaves del agua y sus orillas, donde se notaba acumulación de suciedad. Fuera de ese detalle, tuvimos una buena experiencia y agradecemos mucho la atención del personal."
