"I paid for a room upgrade to a king sized bed but the suite we got was not a king sized bed. I requested a suite change or a refund for the upgrade but they wouldn’t give it to me or even respond. I followed up with the front desk, emailed, texted and no response. It’s ridiculous- I have a receipt ..."

"Outstanding hotel and location in Mexico City. Breakfast is made to order and included with the stay along with a cafe where you order anything on the menu and there is no charge. You only pay for wine and speciality beers. We highly recommend the free walking tour around the historic area"
