This hotel was absolutely lovely. We checked in after a long flight and a long day of travel and parking was easy and checkin was quick. We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet.
