"Gorgeous rooms, fantastic pool, great food, great beach access but the staff is what really makes this place special. They are so friendly & attentive to every need. This resort has a very quiet, serene, & peaceful atmosphere. Be forewarned that there are many stairs to climb to get down to the pool, restaurant, & beach. They do have a golf cart that can drive you to the higher levels for those who might have difficulty climbing stairs. "

"Room 78 had AC that was not working properly and the ceiling fan sounded like a truck that was about to lose an engine. The receptionist did not want to move me and the "engineer" had to come a fiddle with everything. It was an unnecessary, time consuming, and unfriendly process. "This is a great all around accommodation. Phuket is a very large area so getting around always involves a car service ( or motorcycle which I won’t do ) but many beaches can be found by boat from Chalong Pier, by Longtail boat from the nearby beach or my favourite Nui Beach, a 300 Baht drive plus then a 2km hike in. A great way to stay in shape!"
