"The hotel felt tucked away from high traffic with a park just across the street. Yet it was a convenient walk to so many restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, which was not common at other locations in Madrid. There were two elevators; however, the elevator that was located on ground level was not working. We had to carry our luggage up a short flight of stairs to the working elevator that could only hold two people with luggage at a time. It is a...

"We stayed for 4 nights. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was more than I expected. Lovely fresh orange juice, cold meats , some cooked items and lots of breads and croissants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "
