"What a pleasant surprise! We booked this family run hotel last-minute and were blown away by the service and the amazing views of the mountains. The building is a bit dated due to being in business for over 100 years by the same family, but don’t let that turn you away. The bathrooms and bedding are modern, and everything about this hotel is charming. I highly recommend!"

"The ski equipment rental shop and lockers are very convenient. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal too and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The rooms are basic and a bit dark but good for a ski hotel. One issue is that we needed to carry skis everywhere, as the hotel is a walk or bus ride from the slopes and ski lifts"

"Une très belle experience de coliving pendant 10 jours. Le chalet est superbe équipé de 7 chambres toutes differentes et chaque matin au petit dejeuner de nouvelles rencontres et des échanges. Merci à Marine, la manager du chalet pour sa bonne humeur et n'hésitez à lui demander le nom de chaque montagne, elle les connait toutes."

"Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather...
