"Didn’t receive security codes to login until we asked for them at 4pm. Room very hot although we were aware of no aircon before we booked. Breakfast was reasonable and convenient. This is the second time we have stayed here as it’s conveniently situated just off the motorway. It is also close to a large supermarket with cheap(ish) fuel and a few restaurants if required. The family room for four people includes a double bed and a fold out bed but the space is large. "

"Fab overnight stop on our way to Calais. The Sheriff was a fantastic host. Caravan great, well equipped & shower good. Easy to find in beautiful area & facilities nearby- supermarket, restaurant etc."

"Beautiful grounds, easy parking. We only stayed 1 night and did not use the SPA facilities. Check in was straight forward. Staff were ok. We did not eat at the hotel. Our room was ok, but more consistent with a 3 Star category, specially the bathroom which looked very tired and worn; the ceiling panels, tile groutings, bath and basin surface needed immediate attention / improvements. The air con worked fine and looked new. We had a good night sleep. "

"It was very close to the train station which was my goal. Didn’t do enough research on food places near by. The restaurants are near the train station for reference! It was my own fault but it’s a 15 min walk. Rooms and staff were great. Rooms were bigger than I expected which was nice. Pillows weren’t the best but really enjoyed my stay overall "
