This place is in excellent condition. Super clean and newly remodeled. The staff seemed pretty helpful, even though they were busy this weekend. I love the atmosphere around and inside the hotel, and for the price I paid, it's the best budget-friendly hotel in Champaign.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean, and modern. Everything looked fresh and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The room felt bright and welcoming, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location is also very convenient. There are easy stores and shops near the property, so it was simple to get food, snacks, or anything I needed without going far. That made everything much more comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast was fresh and well organized with a good variety of options. It was a nice way to start the morning. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The staff, and the rooms were very nice. The hotel is located in an area with wide varity of shopping and dining options. This is a great hotel is you have a pet. There is a huge area to walk pets and plenty of sidewalks to walk along to go to other places around the hotel. The only things that we experienced that was disappointing was the lack of hot water and wishing there was more offered for breakfast like meats, eggs, waffles... other than those two things, we hope to stay there on another trip.
