"Probably the nicest, most beautiful, impressive hotel property in Pakse. The breakfast was great, with lots of choices every morning. And the pool area is beautiful, though needs more lounge chairs (there are only 6!... and they don't face the sun). More lounge chairs could be put on the opposite side of the pool to accommodate more hotel guests. Overall, the staff were very friendly, hard-working and helpful. The only reason I can't give this hotel a 5-star rating is because my room wasn't ready at 14:00 as promised because, as I found out, they decided to extend the stay of the previous guests and allow them a late check out. Also, per the website, I booked a room that said it had a balcony (and the pictures were taken in such a way as to make it look like the room had a balcony), but in reality no rooms have private balconies. Rather, the entrances to each room are off of wide exterior verandahs, which is an architectural design flaw in my opinion. If entrances to the rooms were from an interior hallway, each room could have a fantastic, private balcony, which is what I though I was booking. And with all the heavy wooden shutters on the doors and windows, the rooms tend to be very dark and a bit claustrophobic -- unless you open the shutters, which few people do because of privacy concerns. "
