Spacious room for overnight hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning not altered/ used Restaurant ( average)next door as no evening meals in the hotel.

Nice, clean room & very friendly staff, but the outside, on first impression, looked like it could do with a fresh lick of paint & tidy up. Great for a one night stop over though, at a good price & offering a reasonable breakfast in the morning.

Motel style, super convenient mid budget hotel, air conditioned rooms, comfy bed, good size bathroom and good shower, safe with exceptional receptionist, excellent choice of restaurants nearby, quiet as just off motorway, perfect for a place to lay your head for the night, pleasantly surprised, rear shared courtyard with grassed grounds to escape the room, would recommend and would stay again. 24 hour check in although reception closed at 11 so would be automated machine if arrival after this time. Parking was right outside the room which was handy for transporting bags and feeling safe that the car was near, we only had 1 towel on arrival but this was quickly rectified by the receptionist, they offered breakfast but we opted for the local bakery as we always do.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!

My husband and I have just experienced a dreadful night's stay in a hotel called Kyriad Angouleme Nord. We had numerous large 'garden bugs' (at least 30) dropping from the wooden ceiling all night! They have a hard shell exterior and we could hear them drop. We couldn't sleep and had to continuously evict them from the room through the patio doors. They crawled up the walls, across the table tops, on the bedding, on our case, into our luggage and our clothes. This is the most disgusting experience we have ever had in any hotel from hotels com. We are still searching our belongings even though we have checked out of the hotel. We reported the issue to the hotel staff and they were quite relaxed about it and knew they had a serious problem in the area. They said it was due to a very hot summer but it is now the first week of February and the problem still exists. We are horrified that a hotel in this condition is still functioning and being advertised on the hotels.com website. This is a serious human health issue and needs to be resolved immediately. The hotel needs to be closed until every room has been fumigated and cleared of these bugs. As this is a well known issue in the hotel, we are extremely unhappy that they did not contact us so we could go somewhere else whilst they resolved everything.

Les chambres sont confortables quand vous arrivez pendant les heures de fermeture de l’accueil, il y a un distributeur pour prendre une chambre. Par contre si vous voulez partir avant l’ouverture de l’accueil y a aucune boîte aux lettres pour laisser votre clé de chambre. C’est très dommage.

Nous avons toujours à part une fois résidés dans une chambre plus grande avec un canapé qui était très pratique , lorsque nous avons perçu la chambre , déception la chambre était assez petite , mon mari est allé voir la réceptionniste qui nous a dit il faut le mentionner pour être surclassé , nous n avons jamais demandé et nous avons presque toujours eu ces chambres , les prises ne sont pas pratiques si on veut charger nos téléphones il faut laisser les lumières allumees … pas très ecoresponsable !!! La salle de bains petite , forte odeur de javel très incommodante …. Question petit déjeuner nous avons trouvé une nette amélioration , les œufs brouillés et le bacon très bons , la viennoiserie aussi , dommage mais cette fois ci c est sur nous n y reviendrons plus
