"The service at the hotel was fantastic. Everyone was extremely hospitable and attentive. Each staff person remembered our travel plans, when we needed an additional night book or a car service back to the airport. This shows they communicate and have worked out something synergistically without us having to constantly retell our situation. We had our do not disturb on the door, as it was not necessary to have our room redone, but as we came back for the day the staff person would ask us if we needed anything. Also in a great and walkable location. Hotel room was comfortable."

"Wonderful stay. Will definitely come again. Location is 10/10 bring right next to the lake and all the great restaurants, bars and museums close by. Room was really beautiful, clean and spacious. Best of all was the service. The GM David Do was so nice and helpful throughout the stay. He let us have later check out and helped arrange the trip back to the airport which allowed us to enjoy a few more stress-free hours before catching our flight back to the states. The overall experience and staff were top notch and we felt like 5 star royalty. Can’t wait to come back again. "
