"My stay at ira hotel was great. All the staff (catering, housekeeping) were attentive to my small expectations and even beyond that. They were also considerate towards me. And the food was so delicious Which leads me to say that I'll be back next year without any hesitation."

"Dinner wasn’t kept inspite of requesting early , and didn’t respond to calls regarding my delayed flight. Had to check in at midnight and checked out at 8 am( on request- their check out time is 7 am) . Disappointed "

"We 3 of us stayed in a room in this hotel. Clean and helpful staff. BUT the mattress of the bed for the third person was wrapped in plastic cover which I believe must have the original plastic cover when you purchase a mattress from a shop. Extremely uncomfortable to sleep and make creaking noise when turn from one side to other. We stayed in more than 50 hotels but we haven't come across this in any of them. Please remove the plastic cover when it's used by a guest and then put it back...
