I am sort of torn how to respond to this particular place. While the unit itself was, let's just say spartan, a step above camping, the people were nice, the breakfast included was adequate, and there's nothing really to complain about. Nice large Apartment/ rooms with a sofa bed for the kids and a kitchenette. The Breakfast had a great selection. The staff were helpful and spoke French and English. The Hotel is excellently located in the centre of Le Mans with parking available on the street or at a cost in a secure car park.
