lejligheden ligger fantastisk, med den bedste udsigt, rengøringen var mangelfuld, ( den sødeste rengørings dame, der gør hvad hun kan ) fik kun skiftet håndklæder 1 gang på en uge. talte med udlejer om det, som havde mange undskyldninger.

Beautiful beachside location

We were welcomed warmly by our host, Mamolis for our 3 night stay. We loved the location of The Nea Elena Apartments. The suite had everything we needed: fridge, hot plate, shower, comfortable bed, air conditioning, & wifi, plus a balcony overlooking the quiet pedestrian street and the beach. We walked into the Old Town & enjoyed the old Venetian Harbour. We have booked an additional 3 nights here after our upcoming stay in Rethymno.

Great holidays in Crete

We stayed in the appartment 10 nights in early September. Nea Chora Beach is fantastic location walking distance from beautiful town of Chania and yet not as crowded as Chania was. Appartment is located right accross the beach and has fantastic views and a large balcony. The area offers many restaurants with great sea food and many local dishes. Parking is challenging like in all attractive places in Crete but hiring the car allows to explore all attraction. The only negative comment we have about the unit that a single aircondition unit located in the lounch room was not effective in the bed room.

God beliggenhed

Rigtig god beliggenhed ned til stranden og tæt på gode restauranter og en hyggelig havn. Gåafstand til Chania. Vi havde tilkøbt havudsigt, og det kan anbefales. Der var dog sket en fejl, så da vi ankom sent den første aften, var de kommet til at give vores værelse til nogle andre. Vi fik det dog næste dag. Lejligheden var fint rummelig, men det kunne dog have været rart med eksempelvis et bruseforhæng og et køkken med lidt mere inventar såsom en brødkniv, en skarp kniv, et par glas mere og også lidt mere bestik. Vi havde to børn med, og de nød at bo ned til stranden.

Superb location right on the Beach

Wonderful appartment Room 103. View to Seaside and Beach promenade from a balcony around the appartment on 3 sides. Very good beds. Clean and very serviceminded staff. Quiet area In september/ oktober. Great restaurants nearby and specially on the main Road Selinou : Taverna Auli.

Meget tæt på stranden

Dejligt hotel med super dejlig beliggenhed. Mulighed for tilkøb af havudsigt kan absolut anbefales. Hyggeligt personale. Meget tæt på stranden, tæt på gode restauranter og i kort gåafstand af bymidten med masser af muligheder.

Fantastiskt läge!

Vi kom på kvällen vid 21 tiden och fick veta att de haft strul med en gäst så vi fick sova på ett annat hotell första natten och blev sen flyttade till rummet vi bokat. Tror nog vi fick lite kompensation för första natten eftersom vi fick rum med utsikt mot strand och hav. Helt fantastiskt. :) Det vi saknade var ett duschdraperi och/eller en golvskrapa. Köket var dåligt utrustat men det gick ju att fråga om allt, de var väldigt tillmötesgående och trevliga. Skulle åka dit igen om jag skulle ligga i Chania.

Bonne escale pour quelques nuits

Chambre avec vue magnifique sur la mer, avec accès direct à une plage de sable fin, très pratique pour aller au centre ville et visiter. Hôtel très difficile à trouver (pas de n° de rue, pas de coordonnées GPS sur le récapitulatif Hotels.com). Escalier très bas de plafond. Ustensiles de cuisine incomplets, et pas de torchon/chiffon pour essuyer. Pas de parking, mais nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue. De petits restaurants très abordables sont situés à proximité directe. Personnel sympa. Dommage : un restaurant très bruyant est situé au RDC de l'immeuble où sont situés les appartements (bruit jusqu'à 2 ou 3 h du matin). Meutes de chiens errants sur la plage, qui jappent la nuit et effraient les touristes en journée.

großzügig, geräumiger Balkon, herrlicher Meerblick

Wir waren im Zi. 101 - insgesamt genialer, unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Außentemperatur war angenehm (Ende April/Anfang Mai), schon warm genug fürs Baden, aber noch nicht zu heiß. Fenster + Balkontüre haben blickdichte, abdunkelnde + hitzeabdämmende Vorhänge. Schöner großer Balkon mit guter Gelegenheit für ungestörtes Sonnenbad, Lesen, Essen etc. mit traumhaften Meerblick - auch zum Sonnenuntergang! Viele gute Essgelegenheiten in nächster Umgebung (an der Uferpromenade), schöner Fußweg am Meer zum Venezianischen Hafen (ca. 10 - 15 Min). Zentraler Busbahnhof auch in 15 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Etwas gestört hat das frühmorgendliche Hahnenschrei vom Hennengehege nebenan. Auch war das Geschirr vor erster Benutzung teilweise dreckig. Ggf. eigenes Geschirrspülzeug mitzubringen!

Frechheit! Wir kommen am vereinbarten Termin an, nur um zu erfahren daß das Hotel noch renoviert wird. dann hat man uns schmuddlige Zimmer an einer vielbefahrenen Straße (statt direkt am Strand, wie vereinbart) angeboten. NIE WIEDER!
