"Very poor customer service"

"The room was very outdated, hair dryer not working but the staff was very nice to bring one to my room after me requesting one, the wall paper peeling in the bathroom, the window frame in the bathroom rotten, very worn out curtains ! It really needs an update "

"Incredible staying!!! The hotel is very clean, very quiet, it gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your sleep. The receptionist Antonio is very professional and he speak fluently English, that’s a plus if you don’t speak Spanish 😅"

"Room was well maintained. We had an excellent view of the canyon. The food for dinner and breakfast was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. Great service and atmosphere. The only negatives have to do with are the spa area and services. They charge to use the circuit and time limit you. The pools were warm, not hot. Some features didn't work. The Exterior hot tub should have been the crown jewel but it was tepid at best. Best features were the heated lounge chairs and the steam room. We wanted to get a massage but that needs to get booked well in advance, which is frustrating. Still, hiking around and seeing the beautiful landscape was an unforgettable experience. Well worth the stay."
