"J’etais parmi les premiers clients de l’hotel, super acceuil, grandes chambre confortables... je ne sais pas si ca restera dans leur standard mais le paniers de fruits dans la chambre faisait plaisir. Très bonne cuisine côté restaurant et petit déjeuné. Facile d’accès mais attention, sur Google maps il est bien indiqué mais sur la carte hotel.com il etait placé au centre de berrchid alors qu'il est au sud. Je n’ai fait qu’une nuit pour le business mais j’aurait bien profité du coin piscine si...

"It was one of the biggest resorts I've ever stayed in. From the smell of the rooms, to the state of the art relaxation pool tech, sauna, showers, amenities... the staff service and attentiveness was second to none, some one even ran to the resteraunts on the property to get us menus so we could decide before walking there. Honestly, one of the most looked after holidays i have had. 15/10 would recommend to any and everyone!"

"Un passage d'une nuit. Un lit confortable. Un système de chauffage un peu bruyant. Dommage pas de petite dejeuner et peu dindication pour se rendre a l’hotel. Accueil sympathique meme si la reservation n'était pas arrivée. De plus il.nous a ete demandé de payer une nouvelle fois alors que payé sur le site d’Hotels.com. "Il y a plusieurs immeubles "la perle de Nouaceur" avec des numéros et il n'est pas facile de trouver le sien, mais rien de grave. Notre appart était superbe, moderne, bien meublé et très pratique pour prendre l'avion. la piscine est sympa pour se détendre avant d'aller à l'aéroport. "The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The one complaint I have is regarding the check out process, they asked if we took anything out of the mini bar and once I told the front desk what we took they had to send someone out to the room to verify, after making us wait for several minutes they still asked me to tell them what we took from the minibar. This delayed our checkout time and in my opinion was excessive considering that our credit card...
