"The pool was closed , was not informed of this . The room walls dirty, bathtub very old with stains, faucet have hanging on. Garbage all over property. People working on vehicles in the parking lot . I do not recommend this hotel ."

"My Favorite hotel! This was our 4th stay and I already cannot wait to go back. It’s so beautifully decorated throughout. The staff is too notch, the bar is wonderful and the food is Outstanding! Kudos to the Chef. They have an indoor mesquite fire oven visible from the dining room that imparts just the right amount of smokiness to create the perfect steak, burgers and babacoa."

"Will never stay again. The staff that checked me in are helpful. I asked for Ada room. It was not ada in the bathroom. The room was so small I couldn’t use my wheelchair so I had to use crutches the entire stay. They didn’t provide a seat to shower or a bench or a stand up shower. The pillows were small. The patio had wasps. The entire place needs updated. The elevator rail was broken, holes that needed repair. The wall and ceiling in the room need painting. The vending machine out of order. No mention of the pool being shut down which is why I rented there and of course the pool jacuzzi is closed till who knows when. "

"Sink didn’t drain, toilet wouldn’t flush, linens stained, holes in the walls, parking lot dark. People outside our room at all hours of the night. We were there from 11pm to 5am with little sleep from random people hanging around outside. Shocked are vehicle wasn’t broken into. "

"The manager's reception in the evening had terrible food. The vegetables were old and almost moldy. The cheese chunks were also very old. The other snacks were just salsa chips and that's it. Not very good for an embassy suite. The breakfast however was absolutely delicious! The maid to order chef was very nice!"
