"This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and everything about the stay felt welcoming and comfortable.
We booked multiple rooms, and the one-bedroom suite was especially amazing for our family of three during our week-long stay. "First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step. Kindness is a rarity but it goes so far and speaks volumes about a person. God bless Sheena in all that she does to help strangers feel...

"The location of this hotel is perfect! Although near the airport, we never heard the planes while in the room. There are restaurants and shopping nearby, and only about a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and staff is polite. We were very happy that we chose this hotel for our trip!"
