"The hotel was itself was great, staff was awesome. My only complaint about was I booked the Club room, as I have done in many other hotels. I was disappointed when I learned that unless your their during service time, their was no offerings. Most properties will. Have access to sodas and bottled waters throughout the day. I was able to make it to breakfast on two occasions and met the wonderful Denise! She provided the best service with a warm welcome. The food was good, but more choices would...

"Good 1 night stay, had some hiccups with the kay card system being down and having to be taken to our room a xouple of times but they gave 2 drinks per person for the inconvenience. "

"Although the rooms were not as sound proof as I would have liked, I can't think of anything else that was a problem. The location had lots of great food and entertainment options around, it was close enough to the convention center and the rooms were very nice. I have absolute no idea what kind of training the front desk and housekeeping staff have been given by they were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Definitely the most impressive part of my stay. "
