"Staff hardly spoke English. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom needed some upgrade. The shower had molds. The curtain had mold. The mirrors were very old to the point of faded away. No breakfast. No lobby. Check in area is like someone’s living room. Many pictures on hotels.com are misleading. But the location was good. Walkable to catacomb, coniche the citadel, st mark’s and Roman theater. "

You would find staffers are very attentive if you come here. Certainly Mustafa, Hisham, Abeer & Osama all communicate very well and good English speakers. Nothing has gone wrong in this short stay.
