"If staying here, there is only 1 convenient elevator that returns you to the lobby. The other elevator is on the other side of the hotel and only services room levels, no immediate access to the lobby. The elevators are small and slow."

"The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. "

"It was a clean room and it had everything I needed. It was also close to the metro station and bus stops which made it even better! It was a cozy place and it was exactly as the posts! Would definitely recommend this place!"

"The property has an over, microwave, dishwasher and a full fridge, which is rare to find at this price. The host responded to my messages promptly. The only issue I found was that there is little noise insulation, so the noise could comes in from outside and the hallway. But overall, excellent value for the money and well designed property in and out."

"WE were at the HoneyRose hotel for one evening for a Canadiens hockey game, given we were from out of town. The hotel is somewhat outside the downtown core but very accessible within minutes by Uber or a cab. The hotel is in an Art Deco style, well refinished and elegant. The rooms were well appointed. It has a small cafe with a restaurant to serve sitdown food. It is located in Place des Art area of Montreal. Would definitely come back for another stay during the summer."

"Very dirty place. My bed had a bunch of long hair. In the dresser someone left their socks no one bothered to remove. Shower drain was clogged I had to stand in a pool of gross water. Big cracks under the door you will hear everything all night as people walking by, slamming doors… room has no air conditioning therefore it was very hot. The manager of the hotel was very nice but managing cleanliness is a huge flaw."

"I booked for 3 nights. I was given room 407. It was very noisy. There was a lot of banging of doors in the night. The doors are heavy and make a noise when they shut. The floors are wooden and noisy when other travellers are about. I complained and was transferred to room 207, which was better. The staff said that room 407 and the rooms nearby were underneath the central heating system and that might be contributing to the noise. I was there on holiday and paying quite a lot for what I...
