The hotel is a bit old school but nice, breakfast is a buffe which was pretty good, the onsen/shower & bathing was alright. Most rooms higher up have a great view over the city. "The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry.
