Un très bon accueil, attention à l'eau chaude de la douche l'eau a du mal à chauffer et le robinet est dur à tourné. Ensuite j'ai profité d'une heure de spa, une petite pendule serait la bien venu et un fond musical zen serait aussi le bien venu. Le personnel est parfait, aux petits soins pour les clients, la chambre face à la mer génial, le petit déjeuner parfait. Les commerces et restaurants à proximité et non loin de la gare vraiment je recommande cet établissement.

Trevligt på alla sätt och vis! Hotellet ligger vid stranden och strandpromenaden och nära även till affärer och många restauranger. Vi hade ett rum med en liten balkong vilket förhöjde vistelsen även om rummet var lite trångt. Den delikata frukosten serverades i en vacker liten matsal ut mot stranden. Vi stannade en natt extra än vi planerat för att vi trivdes så bra. Badade när tidvattnet tillät.

Sejour tres agréable malgré un temps moyen, l'hotel est tres bien situé face à la plage et pres du centre ville et des commerces sejour propice à la promenade à pieds .le personnel est super gentil et attentionné, rien à dire sur la propreté , petit dejeuner copieux , en conclusion ne changez rien nous retournerons avec plaisir

Bon séjour en famille

Séjour en famille convenable. Points positifs : Rare hôtel à proposer un logement pour 5 personnes. Idéalement situé, il suffit de traverser la chaussée et vous voilà sur la très belle plage de Chatelaillon. La chambre était propre et le personnel a été très agréable. Effort écoresponsable (serviettes changées à la demande, flacons de produit d'hygiène rechargeables...) Points négatifs : J'aurais aimé trouver une cafetière à capsules et des sachets de thé dans le studio. Cela nous a manqué. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est à notre goût un peu juste. Nous avons l'habitude de buffet bien garni. Bon séjour tout de même !

Hôtel très sympathique, calme et bien situé. La vue sur la plage est très belle. Accueil chaleureux, le personnel est très sympathique. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Pour moi le seul point négatif était l'état des fenêtres, qui sont vieillissante et qui laissent passer l'air, surtout en cas de vent. Sinon très satisfait de mon séjour.

Nous avons passé une nuit sur Châtelaillon. Accueil exceptionnel et room service impeccable. La chambre n’est pas exceptionnellement grande. Le confort est correct. Lit un peu petit mais plus grand ça ne passait pas ;) Insonorisation moyenne mais nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Belle découverte de cet hôtel à Chatelaillon, très facile d'accès, stationnement à proximité, le personnel est très agréable et accueillant, la décoration du hall est très jolie. La chambre avec vue sur mer était spacieuse, l'équipement au top et la literie très confortable. L'emplacement est idéal, sur le front de mer, commerces à proximité, parc avec jeux pour enfants tout près... Nous recommandons et y retournerons avec plaisir...
