"Très bien situé, chambre petite mais correct et confortable. Le buffet déjeuner est excellent. Nous avons souper à 2 reprises, la nourriture est excellente. Une note spéciale pour Jean-Marc notre serveur, son service A+++ Il en fait en sorte que nous sommes retournés souper pour le revoir."

"We stayed in the double room on the 6th floor, which had a very lovely view! The room was quite small, but this is to be expected in Paris. There were always staff 24/7 at the reception desk which we liked, and there was a tiny elevator which was useful for our luggage. It was about a 15-20min walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was great! Location was nice as well, no loud street noise. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was that the shower may not have been very clean - there were some dark areas on the floor that we were concerned were mold. The door to the shower also did not close properly, so it was always partially open. However, we overall had a nice stay at this hotel, and I would consider staying here again."

"Did not need AC. Accomodation was average. Staff was super. Disappointed with the room advertised for a queen bed. There was a 10 inch between the foot of the bed and the wall. Had to creep to go to the washroom.There was no suitcase stand. In fact there was no.place for any. One side had 28 inches between the bed and the window wall. The other side had a 30 inch space between the bed and wall/front door. We had two suitcases and no place to put them. You had to open them and close them and push them aside to get in and out the room.Will be great for a single bed. It is falsely advertised and misleading."

"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel left me with no choice — others deserve to be warned before making the same mistake. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it abundantly clear that guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Check-in was handled with cold indifference, with no greeting, no assistance with luggage, and no effort whatsoever to make us feel welcome. When we asked questions, the responses were dismissive and at times outright rude. To make matters worse, when we requested to speak with the manager, we were told she was unavailable and could only meet us the following day. When I returned the next day, I discovered that the manager had actually been present the entire time and simply chose not to meet us. The dishonesty was shocking and deeply disrespectful. I then escalated the matter by emailing higher management, hoping for at least some acknowledgement or accountability — but the response I received was just as appalling. No empathy, no resolution, just another disappointing reply that reflected exactly the same attitude as the rest of the staff. This is without doubt the worst service I have ever encountered in the hotel industry. Never stay here."

"This hotel was wonderful! The staff are so accommodating and friendly from the moment we checked in. Great location 5 min walk from the Eiffel Tower and Metro station. There are some nice restaurants just down the street as well as a grocery store around the corner. Staff were accommodating and gave us a small mini fridge where we kept a couple drink cans to keep them cold. The room itself was clean, shower was great, and all in all no complaints. Breakfast was also delicious and kept us fuelled for our busy Paris days! The vibe of the hotel is very cute with nice decor throughout. If we ever come back to Paris, we will definitely stay again at this hotel!"
