Only two fans were provided. We asked if they had any small AC units they kept aside for high heat situations but they replied no. We had to leave in the middle of the night and book a room at a hotel with AC because my boyfriend started showing signs of heat stroke. The room temperature sat between 33-35 degrees. I don’t recommend this property if you’re traveling...

It was convenient to get to with public transit to and from Part Dieu train station, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that gets you to Place Bellecour and close to Vieux Lyon. We’d stay here again. The only problem was that one of the young women at the front desk was very sour when we checked in. All other staff were great!"
