We've got the lowdown on how to make your flight a pleasant experience. Follow our tips and you'll be cruising through the airport and exploring Koycegiz in no time at all. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- Travelling on a plane can be a cruisy experience if you've got all the right gear. Firstly, you'll want a few basic toiletry items, such as a toothbrush and some deodorant, a fresh change of clothes and a few magazines. Next, find a spot in your bag for your electronic devices, chargers, any daily medications and maybe a proper neck pillow as well. Last, but definitely not least, don't forget to take your passport, travel documents and your credit cards.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Squeeze all your full-sized bottles of hair gel and hairspray in your checked luggage. Any liquids in your carry-on bag larger than 3.4 ounces (100 millilitres) will be confiscated. Pointed or sharp objects, like a pocket knife, and dangerous goods which are explosive or flammable, such as aerosols and fuels, are also not allowed.
What to wear on a flight:
- You'll want to choose comfort over style. Prepare for changes in temperature by dressing in layers, and pick flat, enclosed footwear like slip-ons.
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clotting condition caused by prolonged inactivity, can be a risk on long-haul flights. Make a point of walking around the cabin or do some simple exercises in your seat to improve your circulation.
