We've got the lowdown on how to make your flight a stress-free experience. Follow our tips and tricks and you'll be speeding through the airport and enjoying Suphan Buri in next to no time. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- Flying can be a pleasure if you take the right gear. First of all you'll need basic toiletries, such as deodorant and a toothbrush, a fresh set of clothes and a good book. Next, find a spot in your carry-on bag for your phone and charger, any vital medications and maybe a cosy neck pillow as well. Lastly, and most importantly, don't forget to take your passport, travel documents and some money.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Squeeze all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner in your checked luggage. Any gels or liquids in your carry-on suitcase larger than 3null4 ounces (100 milliliters) will be confiscated by security. Sharp or pointed objects, like your pocket knife, and dangerous products which are explosive or flammable, such as flares, bleaching agents and matches, are also banned.
What to wear on a flight:
- Comfort should always be your highest priority when deciding what to wear during your flight. Consider your choice of footwear carefully too, as swollen feet are a common occurrence. Slightly roomy, flat shoes are always a good idea.
- Unfortunately, a risk of long-distance flying is developing DVT (deep vein thrombosis), a blood clotting condition caused by prolonged inactivity. To prevent this, take every opportunity to stretch your legs and walk around the cabin. Compression socks and tights are another simple way to help lower your risk.
