"Very disappointing and misleading experience
This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated.
The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...

"Fabulous find, great communication from owner, arrived late and excellent direction to rental was given.
On entering the property was very impressed, what a bargain for such a lovely property.
