"Ground floor room lacked sheer curtains, and the room was very humid. Front desk staff was wonderfully nice and helpful. They made note of the above and said the concerns would be addressed."

"This hotel is ok- we got a poolside room, under the impression it was adult only after 9pm. At 10-11 pm there was still a group of about 6 teenagers hanging around the hot tub, as such we were not able to use and relax. It is also EXTREMELY loud- there was a wedding on the Saturday that went on well ..."
